Welcome to Revufalcon (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services (the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing our website or purchasing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
   Revufalcon provides AI-assisted review response suggestions delivered via email. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting responses.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
   Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle (our payment processor). First month: $49, then $75/month. Cancel anytime via Paddle portal. No refunds for partial months except as required by law.
4. User Responsibilities
   You must provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for the content you post using our suggestions.
5. Intellectual Property
   We own the Service and AI-generated templates. You may use suggestions for your business reviews only.
6. Limitation of Liability
   The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages, inaccurate responses, or platform violations from your use.
7. Termination
   We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan.
