Privacy Policy for Revufalcon

Effective Date: January 09, 2026

Revufalcon (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website www.revufalcon.com and provides an AI-powered review management service (the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service, including our website, emails, and any related tools.

This policy complies with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/EEA users, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, and general data protection principles. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve the Service. This includes:

  • Personal Information You Provide: When signing up or onboarding, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, location, and payment details (processed securely via Paddle). For AI training, you upload past reviews and responses (which may contain personal data like reviewer names or emails if included in the text).
  • Review Data: Reviews from platforms like Google, Facebook, or Yelp (text, ratings, timestamps), which may include personal identifiers from reviewers.
  • Usage Data: Automatically collected info such as IP address, browser type, device details, pages visited, time spent, and interactions with the Service (e.g., uploaded data or generated responses).
  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies for functionality, analytics, and preferences (see Section 8 for details).

We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health or financial info beyond payments) unless voluntarily provided in reviews.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for:

  • Providing the Service: Monitoring reviews, training AI on your past responses to generate personalized suggestions in your brand voice.
  • Communication: Sending review summaries, responses, reports, support replies, or updates.
  • Improvement: Analyzing usage to enhance AI accuracy, service features, and user experience (e.g., anonymized data for model training).
  • Legal/Administrative: Billing via Paddle, fraud prevention, compliance with laws.
  • Marketing: With your consent, sending promotional emails (opt-out anytime).

Legal bases (GDPR): Contract performance (providing responses), legitimate interests (service improvement, security), consent (marketing).

3. Sharing Your Information

We share data only as necessary:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third parties like Paddle (payments), email providers (e.g., Resend for notifications), and AI inference tools (e.g., Together.ai or Groq for response generation—data is processed securely, not stored long-term).
  • Business Transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or sales (with notice).
  • Legal Requirements: To comply with laws, subpoenas, or protect rights/safety.
  • With Consent: If you explicitly agree.

No sales of personal data under CCPA. International transfers (e.g., to US servers) use safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed:

  • Account/Review data: During active subscription + 30 days post-cancellation.
  • Usage logs: Up to 12 months for analytics.
  • Anonymized data: Indefinitely for AI improvements.

Delete upon request (see Rights) or when no longer required.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures: Encryption (in transit/rest), access controls, firewalls, regular audits. However, no system is 100% secure. Report breaches to us immediately.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR/CCPA:

  • Access/Portability: Request your data copy.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate info.
  • Deletion: Erase data (may limit Service).
  • Restriction/Objection: Limit processing (e.g., opt-out of marketing).
  • Withdraw Consent: Anytime for consent-based uses.
  • Non-Discrimination: No penalties for exercising rights.
